Types of Poultry House
| Fully Closed Chicken House | Fully closed wall design, throughout the year, using mechanical negative pressure ventilation and other environmental facilities to control the temperature&humidity of the house closing to the standard. It is mostly used for automatic feeding and automatic manure removal raising way, which is suitable for the mass production of chickens. |
| Semi-Open Wall Chicken House | The wall is using wire mesh,cooperating with PVC curtails. And the curtains can roll up and down based on the weather. In this way, natural ventilation or negative pressure ventilation are both working in different seasons. |
| Semi-Open Wall Chicken House | The Wall is only using wire mesh just avoiding chickens walking out. All the year round, the house is working by natural ventilation only, no exhaust fans and no cooling pads etc. Such chicken house is suitable for all year around with comfortable weather countries. |
Feeding System
Broiler pan feeding system is consisted of drive system, feed hopper, feed transport chains, auger, feed pan, suspension system, anti-perch system and feed level sensor. Its major functions is to transport feed from hopper to every feed pan, and to automatically control the on/off of the drive system, achieving automation of the entire feeding system.
• The tray is made of PP-polypropylene pure raw material, design for the 14 grid, 13 speed adjustable, so as to meet the production quantity of food, different day old chickens. Smooth, chassis for the design of V type, hanging fastening, convenient disassembly and cleaning, each tray for 40-55 adult chicken, can also be as the chicks feeding use.
•Silo type and hopper type are the two main feeding lines.
• Feed transport system runs steadily, and feed can be transport ed to each feed pan to guarantee the sufficient feed supply for broiler.
• Silo volume can be adjusted based on the specific number of birds per shed. (Approximately 0.65 ton/m3)
• Imported feed level sensor is provided in the automatic electronic-controlled box, which greatly enhances the accuracy of the whole feeding transport process.
• Feed pan is adjustable in height, easy to clean, and can bedismantled and then used for rearing.
Drinking System
•By changing the direction of the handle of the ball value, realizing the normal water supply, irrigation, adding three functions.
•The front end component, is an important link in the drinking water system, such as pressure control, water control, ushing, dosing etc, should be adjusted in strict accordance with the instructions for using.
•The ushing has unique design, ensures the ushing when sufficient water
Quick fitting: Convenient assembly and disassembly, good sealing. Extended design, prevent the ushing water which is caused by excessive drinking water leakage phenomenon between the units.
Drinking nipple: Valve type drinking nipples, using double seal design, seal more reliable. The shell is made of anti-corrosive materials, the internal structure of the international top stainless steel, precision instrument processing, horizontal, 360 degree rotation.
